Not much information about this except that its creators are Si Spurrier and Conor Boyle.

This is based on a comic strip which first appeared in Action #1 about a large man eating shark, basically a rip off of the Jaws movie taken to the Nth degree, and will be updated for a modern market.
The comic is going to be a 5 issue mini-series published by Titan Comics in December this year.
