Marvel Cinematic Universe Post Credit Scenes: Ranking the Top 10

3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)  – “Adam”

For the first time ever, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 showed a whopping five post-credit scenes. Some were played for humor, while some foreshadowed upcoming characters. The most talked about of the five was most certainly the scene in which a disgruntled Ayesha is referring to a cocoon that is being used to create a being that is “more powerful, more beautiful, [and] more capable of destroying the Guardians of the Galaxy”. She then looks to the cocoon and exclaims, “I think I shall call him… Adam”.

This post-credit scene did one of two things to fans; it either thoroughly confused them, or it created a child-like giddiness within them. Either way, the addition of Adam Warlock to the MCU is going to be absolutely phenomenal for the franchise and the Infinity War storyline featuring Thanos as the main villain.
