No. 3: Toxie Doxie

Although later a part of the Dark Avengers, (Theresa) June Covington, otherwise known as Toxie Doxie, spent a lot of her time locked up on account of her ruthless murder of a prayer group. Toxie Doxie is genetically enhanced, in part through her own action, and in some continuities through Terrigenesis. She is an evil scientist, who gained invisibility from electronic devices by way of injecting Inhuman DNA, and through experimentation has rendered her own blood a dangerous neurotoxin. Her capacity for violence would land her on the top of any list of villains, and especially so in a world where our heroes are dealing with the aftermath following release of the Terrigen Mist.
