Abused as a child by his father, and vengeful after the loss of his brother Simon, Eric Williams went from the Black Sheep of his family to criminal mastermind to become the Grim Reaper. His quest to destroy the Avengers, who he blamed for his brother’s death, earns him high potential for inclusion into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, since cannon depicts him as a member of several terrorist organizations, including Hydra. Several storylines show the Reaper as anywhere from an ordinary but hateful human with command of deadly weapons to an enhanced villain with a vast array of magic-like abilities including transmutation, shape-shifting, teleportation, and necromancy. The possibilities are endless for introducing the Reaper into the Most Wanted family.
