Detroit: Become Human (PS4)

The latest game from Quantic Dream and the mind of David Cage. Their previous titles, Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls, were more interactive stories than traditional games so expect Detroit: Become Human to follow this model - along with a thoughtful approach to some big issues. Not too much is known about the plot, but its exploration of android sentience and what it means to be human looks to be covering similar ground to Blade Runner and the more recent Humans and Westworld. A brand new engine built for the game should lead to some great visuals as well.
Quantic Dream’s signature style is not for everyone, but for those who have enjoyed similar games and want to explore the big philosophical questions then this is one to look out for.
