The guys are back with the latest episode of Nerdcast, so get some hot coffee and buckle up for the ride. ComiConverse is back again with Episode 38 of the Nerdcast Podcast, hosted by ComiConverse writer Jordan Samuel who invites Dale and Roger to talk about everything pop-culture.
This week has been a mad one for DC fans, as the anticipated blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been released.

In this section we discuss arguably the biggest film of 2016, Batman v Superman, which pits two major titans against each other. Dale and Jordan share their opinions on the movie, and the future of the bubbling DCEU

Fearing the actions of Superman are left unchecked, Batman takes on the man of steel, while the world wrestles with what kind of a hero it really needs. With Batman and Superman fighting each other, a new threat, Doomsday, is created by Lex Luthor. It's up to Superman and Batman to set aside their differences along with Wonder Woman to stop Lex Luthor and Doomsday from destroying Metropolis.
Wonder Woman:
During this part of NERDCAST, we talk about the first look images of the upcoming Wonder Woman standalone film. Jordan and Dale chat about the Amazon princess and her impact in the comic book movie realm
The Amazonian princess-warrior Diana left her lush tropical island to dwell in our urban cityscapes of glass and steel. Tutored in the ways of the Greek warriors, and outfitted with incredible gifts the Goddess bestowed upon her people, she becomes Paradise Island's emissary to civilization.
The Lego Batman Movie
This week Warner Bros. Pictures dropped a teaser trailer for the LEGO Batman movie coming in 2017. After the amazing LEGO Movie all eyes are on this spin-off which could include more superheroes in this animated format.

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.
