Heroes Divided

After Namor’s eviction from the Illuminati he forms the Cabal (consisting of Black Swan, Corvus Glaive, Maximus, Proxima Midnoight, Terrax and Thanos) in an attempt to destroy all colliding Earth's and do what the Illuminati refused to do. They are even given permission to use the ashes of Wakanda as a base for their activities by the United Nations. Following the events of Original Sin, the mind wipe is revealed to Steve Rogers so he sets the Avengers the task of capturing the Illuminati. Several members of the Avengers are uncomfortable with pursuing their friends and leave. Under the leadership of Sunspot and with the resources of A.I.M. this new group of Avengers looks to build a machine to transport members through the Multiverse to find the cause of the incursions.
