No. 2: Bring The Thunder

This is the first look that we get of General "Thunderbolt" Ross (William Hurt) since The Incredible Hulk (2008). He's standing in the new Avengers headquarters - that we got to see at the end of Age of Ultron.

The trailer cuts to Ross speaking while Cap is seen fighting and standing in a hero pose. "While a great many people see you as a hero, there are some who'd prefer the word vigilante." Ross says. Cap and Falcon look concerned and confused--almost angry--especially Falcon, while they sit in the meeting. Black Widow is also there with them, which gives the impression that she might have been the one to bring the two into this meeting with the General, because we do know that she is, ultimately, on Iron Man's side in Civil War.
