5 Games That Should Be Great Film Franchises

No. 3: Final Fantasy

Here's another game franchise that has inspired a generation with the amazing fantasy setting and ground breaking characters.  Now, ever since the last outing - Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within - which looked outstanding for the time, we have not heard anything about moving forward with a film project.

I think, if done right, the film could be the next epic Hollywood franchise; even just making new stories based on the games would be enough. Square Enix, the game's developer, has proven to be kings at storytelling and would surely make an easy transition into the movie realm.

Hopefully, they can get someone like Peter Jackson on board for the flicks and adapt a project like Final Fantasy 7 for movie goers.

Just do it Hollywood!
