Similar to Spectre, Deadman is a ghost who is seeking his own killer. The difference, though, is that Deadman cannot be seen or heard. He can however possess the bodies of the living and control their words and actions.
A Deadman TV show could be a sort of twisted Quantum Leap, with the title character taking control of people to set things right and ultimately find his murderer.
