Warner Bros. Pictures dominates with the first trailer for Aquaman, which brings the DC Extended Universe underwater in IMAX. After the joyful Shazam! The trailer we are given a more epic look at the long-awaited underwater superhero flick. Maximum colour is on display here a complete shift from the darker Justice League which released a couple months ago.
Directed by James Wan, Momoa stars as the bratty soon to be royalty Arthur Curry, a half human, a half Atlantean man caught in two roles. Battling for his right to bring Atlantis into new territory and bring peace between the humans. See the trailer below:
The film reveals the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry and takes him on the journey of his lifetime—one that will not only force him to face who he really is but to discover if he is worthy of who he was born to be…a king.
Starring Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson and Willem Dafoe, the film is released in the UK on December 14, followed by December 21 in the United States.
