No. 6: Film & Comic Con Manchester 2016
Cosplay: The cosplayers were excellent. Many of the visitors came dressed up in a fabulous variety of styles. My favourite being the Orange Box. Darkcleo took charge of the cosplay stage area where many panels on how to make different types of cosplay gear could be found and the masquerade. The people running the Cosplay events had their own tables too where you could meet them and talk about everything cosplay or even buy some of their cosplay props. Truly friendly and wonderfully spirited people who I intend to interview separately about cosplay and their dedication to costumes etc.

No. 7: Film & Comic Con Manchester 2016
General Attractions: As well as cosplay there were a few bits and to do for general entertainment. The board games area was nice and large with an excellent assortment of games to try out and awesome crew on hand to teach you how. My friend and I enjoyed learning to play Portal. There was also a charity game, several stalls had lucky dips and one stall had Dr Who replicas they would let you try out if you asked them really nicely (I got to voice a Darlek).

Speaking of games. How about trying out pretty much any games console (from the past 30 years) you can name. They had all the X boxes, play stations everything from the NES to current Nintendo and even a few PCs as well at Saga systems back to the master system.

Now how is this for a raffle (over 18's) every prize a blade. All blades kept in locked boxes, all contestants ID to check they were 18 or over and all prizes typed up in boxes with security tape in accordance with legal regulations.
