Paris Manga and Sci-Fi Show Returns in 2018

Is it still necessary to introduce the Paris Manga and Sci-Fi Show? An annual event which brings everyone with a shared love for pop culture. Abyssium re-enlists for a new edition that will be held the 3rd and 4th February in Paris, Portes de Versailles.

A new irrefutable invitation that promises a memorable and colorful week-end where the fans will have the occasion to meet creators, artists, and actors from all horizons while discovering exclusive content about the best in entertainment and Japanese culture. First US guest and not least: the luscious Pamela Anderson. The actress that has made fantasize more than one person, is evidently known for the American drama Baywatch. She has also appeared in the V.I.P series she helped produced and lately, in Sur-Vie, in which she plays Raquel Rose.

Richard Dean Anderson will join her this week-end as well. He has marked the small screen with two iconic roles: MacGyver from 1985 to 1992 and Colonel Jack O'Neill in Stargate SG-1 from 1997 to 2007. John Wesley Shipp will also join the party. He is intimately linked to the DC character The Flash. Indeed, he put on the costume of the fastest superhero in the television adaptation created in the 90 century to finally embody Barry Allen’s father in the current CW show.

Brian Krause aka Leo Watts, the whitelighter to the Charmed Ones, the one who had protected and supported the Halliwell sisters for long and perilous years, will also come to meet his fans this first week-end of February. He is announced to perform in the miniseries called First-Live that will begin this year as well. The charismatic Andrea Parker has invited herself at their sides. She made her debuts in ER in 1994 and then became known for her part in The Pretender in 1996. She can also be spotted in Desperate Housewives and Pretty Little Liars.

This event will also be the occasion to meet Seth Gilliam renowned to play Alan Deaton in Teen Wolf and Father Gabriel Stokes in The Walking Dead and also Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, the actor of Ser Gregor Clegane in Games of Thrones.

Paris Manga and Sci-Fi Show

This great array of US actors will be joined by Japanese guests (Junichi Hayama, Mamoru YOKOTA, Chikashi KUBOTA), comics guests (Tom Lyle, Alan Davis, Mark Farmer…), wrestling guests (Jay Reso) and even dubbing actors. The very best of French Youtubers will also animate with passion and enthusiasm this convention. Paris Manga and Scifi are more than anything the opportunities for cosplayers to take out their last costumes or their prettiest creations to wander with pride in the premises. Daily bread for conventions in other words.

And if you want to fill your shelves with derived products or to update your wardrobe to the effigy of your favorite heroes, this is the place! Numerous original stands will be held amongst the various activities. Paris Manga is a unique event that adapts itself and follows the tendency while entertaining the lambda fans. The complete and exclusive schedule alongside the long list of guests announces a deep and pleasant jump into a geeky universe for two days.

We are getting highly excited about this new edition that will hopefully keep its commitments.
