Special Effects

Orphan Black Season 1

Orphan Black is well thought out and the filming and technical crew are really good at what they do, there is rarely anything that stands out as an odd choice of shot, prop, set piece, costume, or sound/musical choice.

The main praise for this show has to go to the special effects team. I have a friend who loves to point out errors in special effects and even his keen eye struggles to find flaws in this show. The real achievement of the show is that you can believe there are no special effects at all. The effect that are used blend together with the non effects action to effectively create the world of the show.
