An evil in search for a humble energy source has arrived in the new trailer for Avengers: Ininfity War which shows more of Thanos backstory. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Infinity War is the third entry in the iconic superhero team-up franchise, seeing the Avengers brought together with one final battle against the powerful Thanos, who wields the Infinity Gauntlet.

The new trailer's release comes after Marvel fans begged for footage, while it doesn't carry large spoilers it adds fire to Thanos reasoning behind destroying our universe. We’re actually getting the movie itself sooner than expected, as earlier this month Marvel announced that the  – release date had been moved up a week meaning it will arrive on April 27th instead of May 4th. With that in mind, fans should be extremely pleased with the latest tease of a bigger film to come.

An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe
