No. 1: The Avengers

Many will not be surprised that this film tops our list. Everyone who grew up loving comic books had waited so long for a movie just like this. With all of their favorite characters from comic books on one screen. Seeing them after together after their own individual movies in one epic cinematic experience, as they fought with each other; trying to get over each others' differences and egos. It was amazing.  Joss Whedon did an amazing job of managing the the star-studded cast of characters and avoided the problem of crowding that would later diminish Age of Ultron.

Of course, with Loki as the super-villain nothing could be better. Thor introduced us to Loki, but Avengers made him the star of the show.

I actually kind of felt bad for him when the Hulk picked him up like a rag doll and shook him around.
