Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2: What Can We Expect?

No. 2: Iron Man

This may be a shock to many modern Marvel fans (because lets be honest most don't read comics they just watch the movies), but, yes, Tony Stark has been a part of the Guardians of the Galaxy team.

Donning his Space Armor MK III, or Godkiller Armor, Tony looked as badass as ever in those comics . Now, as we all know, Robert Downey Jr. can only play Iron Man for so long, his run might stretch out as long as Hugh Jackman's with Wolverine, but that's doubtful since Downie Jr. will want even more money and Marvel may soon decide they have reached the point of diminishing returns with their star attraction.

There seems like faint hope that he'll remain in the Iron Man until Marvel is done with the character period. With that in mind, seeing him in this movie may be a stretch, because he will be in Avengers 3 (Infinity War) and further on-screen roles would probably require new agreements. So all we can do is hope that his contract could allow him in this movie.
