Oliver Queen is a die hard liberal who fearlessly talks against big corporations (even the Justice League) and Hal Jordan is a black and white conservative space cop. These two are more famous together for their arguments against social and political issues, which are often introduced as an interesting contrast between the heroes. Over time these two created one of the greatest bromances in the DC universe, and it had nothing to do with their wardrobe.

Having their own comic together definitely cemented the two as a partnership for the ages, going cross-country showing each other who is better than the other - learning each other's strengths and weaknesses.

What's more bromantic than a road trip?

But how different they are shows in a ton of stories like Injustice: Gods Among Us, when Superman turns evil and so do most of the League's other core heroes. That is except Green Arrow, who was killed because he didn't turn to Superman's new world view, unlike his friends including Green Lantern Hal Jordan. They both seem to always stick up for what they believe in no matter what the other thinks and its one of the factors has built a strong relationship between them.
