In the last scenes of the teaser it shows Iron Man single handedly fighting Bucky and Cap who look as fluid as water fighting together as they both use Cap's shield to block and issue punches. This choreography definitely makes them look like they have fought before (they had back in WWII obviously), which makes fight that much more entertaining. Also, we have no idea when the fight between the sides (Cap vs Iron Man) or when Bucky and Cap fight Iron Man alone so expect action throughout because it doesn't seem to be at the same point in the movie.

The teaser ends with the title of the movie and showing its release date 5.06.16. Get ready for this and make sure you watch the teaser over and over again.
