After Cap says "We fight" there is a random montage of action scenes such as Black Widow fighting someone in what seems a jungle probably in Wakanda where Black Panther is. She probably helped Iron Man recruit or meet him, or she was there alone. Then we see Bucky and Cap chase after Black Panther who is extremely fast it seems (Panther gets extra strength, speed, and agility from his suit) (. Cap is also trying to apparently stop a helicopter from either crashing or taking off, either way Chris Evans looks huge is the scene.
