No. 3: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Wii U and NX)
Nothing gets Nintendo fans pumped quite like the announcement of a new Zelda game. Breath of the Wild is the biggest game Nintendo has ever created, featuring a seamless and open-world Hyrule to explore. As a benchmark, the map is 12x bigger than the one from Twilight Princess, which should have Zelda fans chomping at the bit. The game is also much heavier in the RPG department, featuring degradable equipment, cooking, stealth, and temperature meters. another big change is a simple one. Link can jump, something he's not done since Zelda II: Link's adventure. There's a new comprehensive inventory system, combat has been overhauled, and Link can travel via paraglider.

The game is due out in 2017, after being delayed from its original 2016 release date.
