Video games and comics are two of the most successful story-telling mediums out there. When characters successfully make their way of the pages of our favourite comics and on to our gaming systems fans everywhere usually rejoice. This year has seen an uptick in the number of cross-over titles, and we at ComiConverse have decided to compile a list of games that we feel our readers should look out for.
No. 1: Spider-Man (PS4 Exclusive)
It looks as if Spider-Man is finally getting a great game thanks to Insomniac Games. We already know quite a bit about the upcoming title. It runs on the same engine that was used for this year's Ratchet and Clank reboot, so we know it's pretty to look at and will hopefully run flawlessly. Second, the game will feature an open-world Manhattan. Whether or not it will be able to top Spider-Man 2, the web-slinger's best console outing, remains to be seen. We also know that this is not an origin story - as if we haven't had enough - and in interviews there has been some importance placed on the role of Peter Parker. The likelihood of slipping in and out of the suit could be quite high.
