Forgettable Comics Movies

No. 3: Elektra

Now you may be asking, why did they make an Elektra movie? Good question, because it was just awful. Jennifer Garner's Elektra serves as the companion to the 2005 flop, Daredevil. Now. growing up, this film was a guilty pleasure just to see Jennifer kick ass in the skin tight outfit. Looking back, however, one has to wonder how this project ever got off the ground.

To be fair, the movie suffers not because of Garner's performance, but of the awfully generic plot, which is dark with hardly any humour. Watching this movie is a chore. Nothing in this film was original and the fight scenes were laughably shot, making it one of the worst comic book projects in the last decade.

Bad enough to come it at number three on our countdown of cinematic superhero sadness.
