I'm a 35 year old Canadian living in Ontario. I read comics, I love to draw and I collect comic art. I also teach karate, play hockey, and am a dad to 3 girls! My comic book passion lies with Batman and his pals with Nightwing taking a very close #2 favourite position. I began collecting comic art in 2013 and I have several commissions done by Ken Lashley and an amazing Francis Manapul Batman. As well I have sold a few of my own creations!

No. 4: Death And Life

One of the few titles that carried over from the transition to the New 52 was Batman Inc. In it's eighth issue Damian, unbeknownst to his father, sets out to fight the Heritic; an adult clone of himself.  During this battle Damian is killed (by the same writer that brought him into existence, Grant Morrison). This death echos throughout all the books in the Bat-family, as their issues were marked with an R, and lead to a completely dialogue free issue of Batman and Robin - which is amazing!

Damian remained dead for about 24 issues until Batman, using the Chaos Shard, brought him back to life.  This series of events temporarily imbued Damian with super powers, but they have since faded and now he's back to relying on his skills and abilities.
