I'm a 35 year old Canadian living in Ontario. I read comics, I love to draw and I collect comic art. I also teach karate, play hockey, and am a dad to 3 girls! My comic book passion lies with Batman and his pals with Nightwing taking a very close #2 favourite position. I began collecting comic art in 2013 and I have several commissions done by Ken Lashley and an amazing Francis Manapul Batman. As well I have sold a few of my own creations!

No. 3: New 52 Red Robin

With the September 2011 soft reboot of the DC Universe Red Robin got a huge overhaul in appearance. Brett Booth was the first artist to draw the new Red Robin whose origin is all completely new. Now he is an athlete and skilled computer hacker who almost figures out Batman identity, but not quite.
new 52
He approaches Batman for the role of sidekick, but is rejected. He decides to really get Batman's attention and hacks into the Penguins bank account and direct millions of dollars toward charities. These actions get Tim's parents placed in witness protection, but he gets taken in by Bruce and Tim assumes the role of Red Robin directly out of respect for Jason Todd (I assume this is prior to Damion Wayne showing up on the scene).
