Action Comics #980, the sole Superbook to hit the stands last Wednesday, saw the continuation of the Revenge story arc by writer Dan Jurgens and artist Patch Zircher. The Superman Revenge Squad undertook to add a final antagonist to its nefarious roster in the latest issue, which ComiConverse contributor T. Kyle King is here to review.

Action Comics #980 Review:

The Superman Revenge Squad has almost been assembled: Cyborg Superman has enlisted the assistance of Blanque, the Eradicator, Metallo, and Mongul, leaving only one missing member of their complement: General Zod. Will either the villains or the Man of Steel be able to withstand what awaits them inside the Black Vault at Belle Reve, though?
