I'm a 35 year old Canadian living in Ontario. I read comics, I love to draw and I collect comic art. I also teach karate, play hockey, and am a dad to 3 girls! My comic book passion lies with Batman and his pals with Nightwing taking a very close #2 favourite position. I began collecting comic art in 2013 and I have several commissions done by Ken Lashley and an amazing Francis Manapul Batman. As well I have sold a few of my own creations!

No. 5: Old Wounds

Written by: Rich Fogel

A conversation between Tim Drake and Dick Grayson turns into a tale of how the former boy wonder left his mentor behind; feeling manipulated, used and incredibly frustrated. For me what makes this episode so great is that it serves as a bridge between the first three seasons and the fourth, redesigned one and it has Nightwing!

The story also gives some insight into the psychology and pressures of what its like to be a Robin and delves into the little known story of how Dick Grayson struck out on his own.

Great picks! I love “Over the Edge”, but “Heart of Ice” is unstoppable. If I had to pick my favorite, I would choose “Mask of the Phatasm” – I know it is the movie, but featuring Joker with the improved animation is magic for me. I would love to see your picks for “”Batman Beyond” and the best Batman stories from “Justice League and JLU”.
