Batman Day is almost here! September 26th will see Batman fans across the globe wrap themselves in the cape and cowl for one enormous geek-fest. Our Max Silver has your comprehensive guide.

My fellow Gothamites, the day is nearly upon us!

The day dedicated to the Dark Knight himself, and this is shaping up to be one terrific Batman Day.


Below is an all-inclusive guide ranging from special sales, both digitally and in print, as well as creator signings.

So take a gander and find out how you can make boring ol’ Saturday into your very own BATMAN DAY!!!

Creator Signings:

– If you’ll be attending Baltimore Comic-Con this year you’ve hit the jackpot with an all star lineup including (Inhale) Scott Snyder, Greg Pak, Jimmy Palmiotti, Amanda Conner, Peter Tomasi, Cully Hammer and Klaus Janson (Exhale)

East Coast:

– Greg Capullo will be making and appearance at the Guilderland Public library at 11:00 A.M. located at 228 Western Ave, Guilderland New York

– Sean Murphy will be signing starting at 5:00 P.M. at the Brooklyn NY Barnes and Noble located at 267 7th Ave

West Coast:

– Paul Dini will be giving a small talk followed by a signing at Vroman’s Bookstore on 695 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena

– Len Wein will be signing from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. over at Galaxy of Comics located at 17306 Saticoy Street, Van Nuys

– Bernard Chang will be signing at Earth-2 Comics 15107 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks

– Jim Lee will be signing at the Barnes and Noble at The Grove located at 189 The Grove Drive

– Brian Buccellato and Kyle Higgins will be signing at Meltdown Comics located at 7522 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles.

– Chris Burnham will be signing in Burbank. A location has yet to be announced.


– Patrick Gleason and Dan Jurgens at Source Comics and Games located at 2057 Ave North, Roseville

– Tom King will be signing from 11:00 A.M. to 1:oo P.M. at Third Eye Comics located at 2027 A-West Street, Annapolis


– Tim Seeley will be at the Barnes and Noble located at 55 Old Orchard Center, Skokie IL


– Brendan Fletcher and Ray Fakes will be at The Beguiling located at 601 Markham Street, Toronto ON

Whew. Well for those of you who can’t make the signings, your local comic shop will have free copies of Batman Endgame #1 with an exclusive eight-page preview of the upcoming Batman and Robin Eternal.

DC Comics will also be offering some incredible deals through ComiXology; including, but not limited to:

– A single issue 99 cent sale for The New 52 titles of Batman, Batgirl, Grayson, Detective Comics, Gotham Academy, Batman Eternal, Arkham Manor and Nightwing as well as numerous classics such as Batman: Dark Victory and All Star: Batman and Robin.

These are only a few of the thousands of Bat titles on sale for 99 cents.

For those who prefer collected editions ComiXology is offering a $3.99 graphic novel sale on Saturday for titles like.

– Batman Hush, Batman: Earth One, The Killing Joke, The Long Halloween, Batman and Robin: Born to Kill and The Court of Owls. Like the 99 cent sale, these are only a few of the numerous discounted collected editions that will be made available.
