No. 4: DareDevil
This film has to be the biggest disappointment ever in comic book history. I remember downloading the trailer on RealPlayer back in 2004, thinking that the film would be the perfect adaptation with Ben Affleck starring as Marvel's version of Batman.

Man were we disappointed! With a terrible storyline that featured Colin Farrell playing the evil Bullseye; a character who was awesome in the comics but was dire in the film. Ben Affleck also did not work as Matt Murdock. He was boring and had no spirit. Since then he has been cast as Batman, so hopefully the same thing doesn't happen to that film.
Comics fandom will be unlikely to forgive another such bust!
